About Synelle

I'm thrilled to embark on this journey with you. My path to birthwork was born out of a profound personal experience: the birth of my own child. Prior to this transformative moment, I dedicated my career to teaching, particularily focusing on serving students from marginalized communities. Building relationships with students, families, and colleagues brought me immense joy and fulfillment.

However it was during my pregnancy that I felt a deep calling towards supporting families in their own transformative journeys. Just as pea shoots are resilient, so too are families navigating the shifts and changes of parenthood. Inspired by my teaching background, I am committed to meeting families where they are and fostering deep, meaningful connections.

My dedication to lifelong learning and intentional care drives my practice. With a background in culturally responsive and trauma informed care, I strive to uplift reproductive justice and address disparities with maternal care.

As a proud Seattlelite, I embrace the beauty of motherhood while exploring the outdoors, indulging in good books, and experimenting with new baking recipes.

I am here to support you authentically regardless of your background and circumstances around your reproductive journey. Let's embark on this journey together, creating a space of empowerment, resilience, and love for you and your growing family.
