My birth support services are all about providing an additional support system for you during your holistic, empowering labor and delivery experience. I believe that every birth is special and unique, and my role is to honor your birth plan and wishes as circumstances allow, while providing compassionate care and guidance throughout your pregnancy journey. As your doula, I can provide emotional and physical support throughout your pregnancy journey, as well as be an advocate for you and your family.

Package services include the following:
- 2-3 in person or virtual prenatal, birth prep and postpartum sessions
- 24/7 text & call support from 37 weeks
- Continuous support during labor & delivery
- Advocacy in and out of the birthing room
- 2 postpartum visits
